Greene County Combined Health District Celebrates Ohio Kick Butts Day

(Xenia, OH) Kick Butts Day is a national day of activism that empowers youth to speak up and take action against tobacco use at more than 2,000 events from coast to coast. stand teams that are part of the Tobacco Free Healthy Communities Coalition of the Greene County Combined Health District will be holding rallies at their schools, passing out literature and conducting a candlelight Vigil to remember those that suffer from tobacco related diseases.  Here are two numbers to remember: 52/57 - 52 Ohioans die everyday from tobacco related diseases and 57 Ohio youths become tobacco users every day.
