Eligibility: Any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured homes used for habitation are parked in Greene County.

Purpose: To ensure that all manufactured home parks in Greene County are operated in accordance with the Manufactured Home Park Rules as set forth in Ohio Administrative Code 3701-27 and Ohio Revised Code 3733 to insure reasonable levels of sanitation.

Description: The Environmental Health Division performs regular inspections of all licensed manufactured home parks in Greene County.  

Services include:

·         Inspecting manufactured home parks to insure they are in a reasonable state of repair to insure sanitary conditions.

·         Inspecting homes, roadways, and auxiliary structures to insure they are in a reasonable state of repair to insure sanitary conditions.

·         Monitor spacing requirements of homes.

·         Insure new and relocated manufactured home installations are inspected and approved by a licensed placement inspector or licensed installer.
